Well...not quite, I don't think I ever really was a "Blogger" to begin with. I have a new goal though. We'll see, I've decided, I have a lot more free time, I'm on here all the time looking at all everybody else, why not take a minute and update more often. So I've decided to try to update once a week. Wow!!! for some that's not much but for me that is huge. I think I don't update alot because I never want to take time to add pictures, I don't have much to say, if I have something to say I usually don't have pictures to go along. Anyway I guess none of that matters and I should just do it.
So with out anymore excuses...So far this week...
Sunday we blessed Jocelyn. It was really a nice day. My sister and mom made the most beautiful blessing dress in the whole world. (See don't have a picture available yet, but I'll get one. I had to stay for the whole block because we were having primary program practice and I am in charge of the program. Brandon and everyone else came home to prepare the meal. So it actually ended up pretty good for me. Just because practice went well, which isn't always the case. We had yummy chicken fajitas. I came home and dinner was served it was a great day with family. All our siblings were there. Even Kristen came to the dinner. She had her stomach sawed open (Surgery) Friday evening. So all in all it was a great day.
Tomorrow Brandon is having surgery. He has had a bad shoulder for awhile, probably too much softball. LOL or maybe working construction. Anyway, at the beginning of the year he got an MRI and it showed he did need surgery. He was/is scared to death and kept putting it off. After I had Jocelyn I called the Dr. and set it up. So tomorrow is the big day and he is still scared to death. (don't tell him I posted that, he has an image to uphold) He'll go in at 6:30 and do the surgery at 8:00. I've been teasing him that he is going to be on his own after unless his mother or mine steps in. Just because, you know men, I've now had five kids one being a C-section. When I had the C-section, I was kind of a chicken/wimp and Brandon told me basically I had to suck it up and start moving and doing things. Because I just wanted to lay in bed. I called it tough love, which I probably needed. So now I told him it is my turn. I know I'm all talk and I won't do it. I'm sure he'll be doted on. But we all know men truly don't have the pain tolerance women have. (Sorry men) Poor Dude. He'll have it rough for awhile. Wish us luck!
I'll keep you all posted.
